Please use this form to make book, DVD, or Libby purchase requests. If you are selecting a book, please select your branch.Please enter as much information about the book that you can including a particular edition. You do not have to enter your contact information unless you want to be contacted when the material arrives or becomes available on Libby. We will use your preferred contact method from PINES to contact you. We will make every effort to buy materials suggested but we are limited by funds.
