Meeting Room

The Ohoopee Regional Library System, through its branches and affiliate libraries, provides meeting room spaces (mainly multi-purpose rooms, but may include the library grounds and/or other areas of the library) primarily for library-sponsored programs and activities but offered as a service to the community for use by individual groups and/or organizations for group activities, and use by the governments and agencies who provide continuing financial support to the library.

Meeting Room Fees
The fees for the libraries in Jeff Davis and Montgomery Counties are:
Nonprofit / 501(c) Groups and Organizations: $35.00 per use
For-profit Groups, Organizations, and Businesses: $100.00 per use

The fees for the libraries in Tattnall (the Tattnall County Library in Reidsville and the Glennville Public Library) and Toombs (Nelle Brown Memorial Library in Lyons and the Vidalia-Toombs County Public Library) Counties are:
For-profit Groups, Organizations, and Businesses: $25.00 per use
There is no charge for non-profit groups and community organizations
