You can go online to the Georgia Public Library Service and click on the Apply For A PINES Library Card button. 

This will take you to the registration screen.

After filling out and submitting the form, a temporary digital card number will be issued to you. This will allow you to access all of ORLS’ online resources and services.  You can always upgrade your e-card to a full card by coming into the library. Click here for more information.  

Patrons may not use their digital PINES card to check out physical materials. 

You can always bring your card in and upgrade to a full PINES card.
