The library provides many services for free or for a small fee.
Computer Access |
Copying & Printing |
Patrons can access computers using their library card or obtaining a guest pass. Using the computer is free but patrons must pay for printing. See Copying and Printing for prices. We only enforce the 3 hour limit if demand is high. |
Patrons can make copies at the circulation desk or print from one of the patron computers.
Black and white copies are .25¢ per page Color copies are .50¢ per page |
Faxing |
Exam Proctoring |
Patrons can fax at any of our branches at a cost of $1 per page. A fax cover letter must be included. |
Librarians can proctor exams. Check with your institution or organization to make sure you can take your exam in the library. The cost is $5 per exam. |
Notary |
Passport Applications |
Notary services are currently available at our Jeff Davis branch. The cost is $2 per signature. We hope to be able to offer notary services are our other branches soon. Check back soon. |
Currently on hold until we reestablish our Vidalia branch as a passport application acceptance location with the US Department of State. Passport Applications can be processed at our Vidalia branch. The cost is $35 per application. Appointments are required. |

Voter Registration |
Free Wi-Fi |
All public libraries in Georgia offer voter registration forms for patrons to fill out and mail in. Just ask at the circulation desk and a staff member will give a blank application. |
Every branch of the Ohoopee Regional Library System offer free Wi-Fi for patrons. Each branch has both indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi units so that patrons have access to Wi-Fi after hours. |
