This renovation would not have been possible without the dedication of the trustees, local and state elected officials, and the local community members who worked together to raise the funding to make this library a reality. Dr. Mark and Tonya Spivey generously donated to rename the building and this facility will contain both the public library collection and one of the largest genealogy collections in the nation. Local businesses and families have donated money to have rooms named in honor of their generosity and this has made the project possible. This will be the library the community built, no donation is too small, so please consider donating.
Our legacy tree hangs just inside the entrance of the library. Each leaf purchased will inscribed with the name of the donor or in honor of a loved one. You can print the Legacy Donor Form below.
Bronze Leaf - $500
Silver Leaf - $1,000
Gold Leaf - $2,500
